At United Citadel Group, we value the trusted relationships we build with estate managers and chiefs of staff. To show our appreciation, we’ve designed an exclusive Referral Compensation Program that rewards your partnership with us.
When you refer United Citadel Group to your client or a potential client, and they engage our manned estate security services, you will earn 3% referral compensation on a signed one-year contract. This commission will be awarded in full at the conclusion of the contract term as a bonus.
Should the client continue with us for a second year, your referral will be further rewarded with 3% compensation for the additional year. Furthermore, if you refer another estate manager or chief of staff who introduces United Citadel Group to their principal, you will receive 20% of their 3% commission for up to two years when their client contracts us for estate security services.
